A: Tomato OEM/ODM Design service includes:
Customized Product Appearance, Brand Logo Design, Packaging, Manual, Software (Booting Logo, Modifications).
- 2. Q: What is the delivery time for OEM/ODM order?
A: 10-20 working days after all order details confirmed.
- 3. Q: How could I get samples?
A: Due to most of our products are high value products, Tomato do not provide free samples. If you need to order sample for
checking-up, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment. If you don't have an courier account, you can use our courier to collect samples from our company and send us the samples charge together with the courier cost.
- 4. Q: What kind of shipping way?
A: Tomato accept ocean shipping, air transportation, DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, EMS, Post etc.
- 5. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
- 6. Q: How can I get your price list?
A: Please send us your email for your requirement and your order information.
- 7. Q: Can we have logo or company name to be printed on your products or package?
A: Yes you can. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo. You can send us the artwork of your logo. If you want your logo and company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box and paper card, the minimum order is 500 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, CorelDraw formats.
- 8. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. Tomato need to know the following information for your order:
1) Shipping information - company name, street address, zip code, phone number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
2) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
3) Delivery time required
4) Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
5) Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hong Kong)
- 9. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by express, or by sea or by air.
- 10. Q: How can the products be sent to us?
A：Sample and bulk order can be shipped by express, by air. Also can ship by ocean container if the quantity is very big. Basically,the shipment way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method, destination country(airport, sea port).
- 11. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: Tomato accept terms of T/T in advance, Western Union, PayPal. For sample order, if more than USD1,000, we prefer T/T or Western Union in advance.
For quantity orders, we prefer T/T 30% deposit, and balance 70% before dispatch. L/C at sight is also available.
- 12. Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: 12 months.
- 13. Q: If there is some problem with the box, how can I solve it ?
A: Usually the problem can be fixed by new img flash.
- 14. Q: How to flash the box by the new update img?
A: We have video and operating instructions for your view.
- 15. Q: How can I get the update img?
A: We will send you the download link or send by Email box in time if any updates on the img.
- 16. Q: My WIFI isn’t working, how to fix it?
A: Click TV Box settings. Click Network Connections. Click WIFI, Click on your WIFI network. Enter Password (Make sure the password is correct, Click symbols to add any symbols that may be in your password).
- 17. Q: How to deal with the defect products?
A: For spareparts, we will ship for you for free in your next expedition.For Mainboards, clients need to pay cost to ship it back by smalll post, and we will fix the mainboard timely and pay cost to ship back to you.
